1. Overview

The VEYRA name, wordmark, original website text, graphics, layout, and other original brand materials are owned by VEYRA or used with authorization. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit protected website content without permission from the applicable rights holder.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VEYRA is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including rights relating to defective, unsafe, misdescribed, undelivered, or damaged goods.
